To retrieve your PASSCODE, simply enter in your e-mail address as it appears in your listing and your USER I.D.. Your PASSCODE will be e-mailed to you as soon as your USER I.D. is confirmed, this may take 20 - 60 minutes. If you have lost your PASSCODE and your USER I.D. then you must contact the administrator at sdadmin@storagedepot.com, please include your name and a contact phone number in the e-mail.
